I've lived in this apartment for 3.5 years, it is very special to me! My beloved roommate just moved downstairs with her boyfriend so I am looking for the right person to fill her spot. I'm looking for a quiet, kind, cleanly, ideally female roommate who is also friendly and loves to hang and chat!

The apartment is on the second floor so gets good natural light. There is a lot of charm with beautiful crown molding, hardwood floors, tiled bathroom, and kitchen, and a hallway nook for a little art display. There is one bathroom, one garage spot behind the building, laundry in unit, central heat, ac units in the living and dining room. There is a projector in the living room where I like to watch movies and shows in the evening, sometimes with friends. The space is furnished apart from the available room.

The room itself is the the primary bedroom of the apartment and has a large closet and 3 big bay windows facing the courtyard.

The neighborhood is really great, I am a few blocks east of Little Ethiopia. There are lots of a good food options and coffee shops to walk to in the area. Street parking is easy and the neighborhood is great for long walks.

Utilities are not included in the rental price, they range month to month typically higher during the winter.

I use she/her pronouns. I'm a private chef so often am working from home in the kitchen preparing meal prep for clients or prepping for events that I'm catering. I'm pretty social so usually have a friend or two over for dinner during the week. I like to have a calm energy in the home go to bed on the early side so like to have it quiet in the evenings! I'm very neat and like do a deep clean at least once a week, don't have clutter around, and want to live with someone who respects the space.
