My roommate is moving out of our place in Mount Washington at the end of April and I’m looking to fill her place (open to short or long term!)

The house has 2 floors - I live upstairs, where the kitchen and living room are, and your room is on the ground level with your own modern bathroom and direct access to the garage, which can be used as a private creative studio/office. You can also enter/exit through the garage. The whole house is bright, sunny and peaceful with trees/mountain views outside every window and birds chirping outside every morning.

The house was renovated in the last few years and has:
- hardwood floors
- brand new dishwasher
- in-unit washer/dryer
- large backyard with fruit trees (fig, lemon, mandarin!)
- easy street parking
- can walk to nearby coffee shop & beautiful hike
- other great things I'm probably forgetting!

*The rent is $5,000/month ($2,500 each) and doesn't include utilities.

About Me:
I'm 29, a therapist in private practice originally from NYC but living in LA for the last 8 years. I like the common areas to be clean and need it to be reasonably quiet upstairs during the day while I'm working, but the house provides a lot of space and separation so you can kind of do your thing downstairs. I love living here and am looking for someone who will love and enjoy it as much as I do! I have an older French Bulldog who is pretty playful but also sleeps a lot. Open to pets under 20 lbs. assuming they get along :)
