• The room is large enough for a queen bed and desk or dresser. About 13'x11.5'
• It also has a double-door closet and 2 windows overlooking the backyard.
• Our neighbors are peaceful, and we live on a quiet block convenient to several subway stations, bus stops, and city bike stands. Nostrand A/C is 0.2 miles away; Franklin C 0.4 miles away; and the Nostrand-Bedford G is 0.5 miles away.
• There is a galley kitchen with ample cabinet space
• The living and dining areas are fully furnished.
• There is an additional nook currently used as office space, which we can share :-) (near the bike in photo)
• There are 4 windows overlooking the street, bringing in lots of natural light.
• There are 2 additional closets in the hallways.
• A laundromat is located at the end of the block. Several coffee shops and bodegas are also super close by.

• I work 9-5, and the bedrooms are next to each other, so 'quiet hours' start at midnight
• Feb 1st move-in. A new lease agreement will be drawn up, which we'll sign together. 1st months rent + security deposit due at lease signing.
• Income requirement: 40x rent ($52,000/yr)
• Heads up: The landlord's management company requires the following documents as part of an application: Last 3 paystubs, Last 3 bank statements, 2023 tax return, and an employment verification letter. Guarantors welcome.
