My husband and I are looking to rent our garden apartment to a responsible, tidy, considerate person/couple. Should any questions/concerns arise, we are in the neighborhood and take care of the property ourselves.
Terms:
Our current tenants are moving for work mid December. We are looking for a January 1, 2025 start date and will sign an 18 month lease with option for renewal.
About the space:

- approx. 750 sq. ft.
- newly restored oak doors as apartment entrance (also have kitchen entrance)
- recently painted kitchen cabinetry
- refinished original hardwood flooring
- new glass and brass light fixtures
- access from your kitchen to the large finished backyard
Included in the $2600/month:
- heating
- kitchen cooking gas
- water

- no washer/dryer
- no cellar storage
- no storage in the hallway
- yes, pets are allowed on a case by case basis

Rental requirements
All those interested can request an application after viewing as well as:
- photo ID
- proof of income
- x2 recent bank statements
- recent tax returns (redacted)
- credit score with background check (eg. Expedian)
- first and security deposit worth one month rent at time of lease signing
Pets Policy
Pet-friendly(ish) building.
Small dogs and cats on a case by case basis. Must be well trained and quite as to respect the other tenants in the home.
Non refundable pet fee of $500
