Hi! I’ve been living in this space for the past two years- I love it and the neighborhood, but I just moved in with my boyfriend in Williamsburg. I signed a 2 year lease and my sister will possibly move in next September, so I’m putting it up for long term sublet. I still have a bit of furniture in the space (as mentioned above) but don’t have any attachment to it. If you need it, great! If not, you can get rid of. The building is large, but filled with very respectful and kind people so I’d like the same for the tenant. The location is very convenient with grocery and laundromat across the street. 2 floor walk up. I will be showing the space on a day off or any morning between 9-1pm.
