Looking to fill a really lovely room for a 1-month sublet, Feb 15-March 15.

The room is huge and easily fits a queen-sized bed, dresser, bookshelf, desk, and chair. East-facing windows get wonderful light in the morning and throughout the day.

We're on the third floor, up two sets of stairs. Unfortunately there is not an elevator. Small but sunny kitchen, living room, and a shared bathroom.

The apartment is right across the street from the Smith/9th F/G stop. It's an easy train ride to Prospect Park, but also to Nolita, Greenwich Village, and up to Midtown. It's a block from Court Street, which has a bunch of nice coffee shops, restaurants, etc. and there's a lot of great stuff on Smith too.

The neighborhood is on the quiet side, and is mostly families. It's a nice chill place to come home to that is also well-connected to the rest of the city.

Farmer's market is a 10 minute walk on Sunday mornings :)

Rent is $1100/month. Utilities and internet are between $60-$80ish, depending on the season. The landlord is chill and responsive. We keep the common spaces sober but you're welcome to have what you like in your room.
