My partner and I travel a lot for work, so we are only in the space about twice a year for six-week stays. Most of the time, it's just me.

Seeking someone clean and quiet (no parties, please) and enjoys taking care of a space when we're not around.

There are two full closets for you ( one in the room and one just outside) Two more large closets for storage and coats in the entryway.

Plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, etc., in the neighbourhood.

Sorry, no pets, no lease signing or takeover. Potential for a longer term than the dates indicated if it's the right fit.

I am a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher who travels extensively for work. I've been living in NYC for 25 years and in this apartment for 15 years. My partner travels with me occasionally, and he's equally as quiet and chill.

I'm a clean freak and like to make sure that the space is taken care of with the same love and respect that I give it. Prefer to live with an equally clean, low-maintenance person who is happy to occasionally connect while cooking/watching TV as much as they like to have their own space. This place has been my sanctuary for many years and I hope to find someone who is looking for a place that can provide that for them as well!
