Spacious Room in Prospect Heights for 2 Month Sublet

There is a room in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment available for a 2 month sublet open immediately (with a flexible move in) through the end of February (with a flexible move out). 1250 a month. Prorated for December.

The room available is quite large (11ft x 14ft), and gets some quality direct natural light (south facing?). The room can be delivered furnished or unfurnished. The apartment layout is unique and this is the only bedroom in the main apartment, the other two bedrooms are detached with separate entrances in the hallway of the building. The upside is each room is quite private and quiet.

The apartment is also spacious with a large living room and a decently sized kitchen - the kitchen gets the best light in the apartment, which explains all the plants. We tend to try and keep the common spaces a lively tidy, so some clutter accumulates here and there but frequently cleaned. There is also a backyard that we have access to by going through the basement of the building and it is a rather eclectic space and an absolute treat when the weather is nice.

About the roommates: I am Silas, 28(m), graphic designer who works from home most days.
Kota, 27(m), is a personal trainer and is launching a magazine/brand. We don’t really have consistent schedules but when we are all in the apartment at the same time we are communal and chatty. Also the world’s greatest cat lives here. She just turned 1 and her name is Roro.

The location is very convenient, we are a couple minutes from the park place shuttle and about an equidistant 12 min walk from the 2/3/4/5 and the a/c and the b/q. Also about a 15 minute walk to prospect park.
