Looking for a roommate to rent an unfurnished 2 bedroom/1 bedroom flex with me in Bed Stuy. There is a narrow flight of steps to get to the apartment (so not accessible). The apartment itself is quite spacious (including the bedrooms), has hard wooden floors, closets in each bedroom, and gets great natural lighting. It would be 1500/month each. The lease can start mid April! There isn’t a common living area other than the decently sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and microwave. No utilities are included in the rent.

The apartment is one block away from the G train, and only blocks away from Pratt Institute.

Home etiquette:
I am looking for a roommate who will take their shoes off at the door, will be extra clean in communal areas (to avoid attracting pests), who is communicative, and will not treat our space like a party house. I don't mind having guests over, I just ask that you let me know beforehand, and they be respectful of me and our space.

I have emotional support cat (Yin, small black cat, 3 years old). She is well behaved, friendly, and affectionate towards humans and other animals.

I love making art, visiting museums, going to the gym, walking, and taking care of plants. I enjoy going out, and socializing with my roommates but I do like some time to recharge at home. I am clean + tidy, especially in communal spaces, and would expect the same in a roommate. I have excellent credit and have a reliable guarantor.
