I am subletting my spacious, lovely room in Ridgewood while I'm out of the country. The apartment is on the second (top) floor of a duplex on a quiet cul-de-sac, about a 10 minute walk from the Jefferson stop on the L train. The B57 bus stop is also right around the corner. Whether by bus, train, or bike you can get to Lower Manhattan in about 30 minutes.

The unit is on the the border between Bushwick and Ridgewood and thus provides great access to everything both neighborhoods have to offer. There is a large grocery store less than a five minute walk away, and there are countless cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby.

My room is quite big at 130 sq ft. It will be furnished with a queen bed and a desk, my houseplants, and a double closet. It gets tons of natural light. The spacious apartment contains in-unit laundry and dryer, a large balcony with skyline views, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a stand-up shower). The living room has a projector hooked up to Netflix and Criterion.

You would be sharing the home with my roommate (29M). He is responsible, conscientious, and kind. Our home contains a beautiful, sunny kitchen and it is a pleasure to cook in.
