We're leaving our classic, huge, beautiful Bedstuy apartment for the holidays. Photos don't really do it justice here. It's the first two floors of an old, renovated brownstone with lots of light, space, large sitting room, big open kitchen and dining room. Two-bedrooms with 3 full bath. Both bedrooms are large and have an en suite bathroom as well as plenty of closet space. One of the bedrooms has a small annex off of it that we use as our daughter's bedroom, so it's almost a 3 bed. We have full, private backyard and an upstairs deck. There is a large basement with washer dryer and storage. A-train is just a few blocks away. Negotiable on dates and price. We're also going on Sabbatical Feb 1-June 1 2025 so there's an option of coming back/working out something to stay longer as well.
