Seeking an experienced metal finisher that knows the art of perfection. Do you have extreme attention to detail? Do you have excellent knowledge of metals and the techniques used to patina them? This is the job for you! We recognize that this is a very special skill and we are looking for that special person who loves this heritage craft just as much as we do. We will provide you with all the proper tools required to perform this job. We will also provide you with all PPE to maintain a safe environment.
We almost exclusively patina steel. 99% of the job will be applying a blackening patina to raw steel. You will be responsible for clear coating, final waxing and touchups. You will also be required to perform occasional onsite repairs and installations.
Do not bring bad shop habits with you. We are a very polite and kind group that treat each other very respectfully. We are a diverse group looking for people to bring their own unique background and stories.
Do you have only a little experience? We are willing to train the right person if you have the proper attitude and enthusiasm.
This job opening is for full-time (40 hours per week) / MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 10AM TO 6PM
Other Requirements
- 5 years minimum work experience is required in metal finishing.
- Art background or collage degree is a plus
- Knowledge of Sculpt Nouveau products – Black Magic is the main product that we use

- Inspect metal surfaces for imperfections and correct them with an artisan’s eye for detail.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure products meet both time and quality benchmarks.
- Must be very coordinated with your hands. Dexterity and hand-eye coordination essential for precise detailed work.
- Must be ok standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.

- 2-3 references required.
