I moved to this apartment last August with my Cat and absolutely love it here.
I am a grad student studying Microbiology, so I am away from home about 4/5 days a week. I love to read, hike, watch films, and bake. I don't often have guests over because I get busy but always chill with a roommate having visitors.

I like to foster a welcoming communal space so you are always welcome to share what I cook or join me and a friend if we're having a TV night etc. I don't drink but chill with others enjoying themselves responsibly. The apartment is 420 friendly.

I like to set up a roommate agreement at the beginning of our living together to go over boundaries, move-out notices, and anything else :)
