I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting 11/1/24 through 6/30/25, however, the landlord has confirmed that it is possible to sign a 1 year lease (or longer) if interested!
The only fee is a $20 application fee, and the management company requires the following documentation for approval:
- photo ID
- pay stubs from last 4 pay periods
- first two pages of 2023 W2 or tax return
- proof of income
- last 2 bank statements
Pets are allowed and the building is very pet-friendly! There are no size/weight limitations and no fee for pets!
