Looking to fill a sunny room in Crown Heights. 15 min walk to Prospect Park, one block away from Franklin ave and Washington Ave bars/stores/restaurants. Half block away from the Park Place S train. Amazing and incredibly convenient location!

4 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. Room is the largest and sunniest room with south 3 large south facing windows and high ceilings. Room fits a queen sized bed and measures approximately 7 feet by 14 feet with some extra space because of the outward windows. There is also a closet with shelf in the room. (Pardon the mess in the photos I just started packing)

Lease takeover because I have to suddenly move. I am incredibly sad because I love this room, this apartment, and my roommates (who are incredibly chill, clean, considerate, and sweet!) but alas, life goes on. The passage of time is a brutal one.

Pets are allowed, currently there is a cat living here who is very chill and doesn't mind other animals. He's just a bit shy. Cats/dogs are more than welcome in this apt!

Apartment is a second floor walk up with roof access and great views. Neighbors in the building are all very chill as well :) If you have any questions please let me know!
