Lease Takeover
Huge patio and big windows bringing in lots of light!
Our cross streets are Allen and Delancey, our patio overlooks Orchard St. Surprisingly not too loud because our apartment is nuzzled in and I think the patio muffles a lot of the noise.
This would be a full lease take over, and would be for an entire year. We are flexible on our move out date and are anticipating some time in November.

Our landlord is requiring us to go through the process below with whoever is taking over the lease:
$20 application fee per applicant and a $780.00 administrative/lease preparation fee to be paid by zelle, wire, check or credit card, the fee essentially represents the charge from our office for processing the necessary documents for approval and preparing all the required lease documentation.)
