The apartment is a 1 bedroom duplex with a kind size bed! It feels like a separate house, because I only share a hallway wall with my neighbors. There are 2 steps that lead up to the front door.
Street parking is abundant. There is floor heating in the living room. The temperature of the home stays fairly moderate. Most of the year I keep all of the windows open during the day/ while I am home. There is a park and library and 5 minute walk away.

Looking for someone who is low key and can take care of my plants. The house was built in 1920, so there are some quirks, but it is a charming and beautiful space.

Hard wood floors throughout, washer and dryer in unit, and there is even a small back yard! I am 7 Minutes from Leimert Park and 15 minutes from DTLA.

Dates are flexible, and can be longer than a month if needed

I am a visual artist and massage therapist. My home is my sanctuary, and I try and make sure my space is clean, and has good energy. I go on lots of walks at Kenneth Hahn park, which is near by. My landlords live on the other side of the duplex, they are very kind, chill, and helpful.
