The lush backyard offers a fully enclosed and fenced in private escape with an outdoor shower, brand new jacuzzi spa, firepit, BBQ grill, bottomless orange tree, passion fruit vines and multiple options for lounging in the hammock, around the picnic dining table or multiple outdoor couches.

Central heating and air, ceiling fans and portable heaters provide full comfort along with dishwasher, disposal and all of the modern amenities. Take advantage of the orange tree for fresh juice in the morning or night.

There is one parking spot in the driveway next to the black car. Trash is collected every Thursday if the cans are brought out to the street. Outdoor slides / slippers provided for all guests for jacuzzi use and located in the closet.
