Located at Malcolm X Blvd and Halsey Street, this furnished one-bedroom is at a prime location and a floor above a grocery store! Big windows in the living room and bedroom keep the apartment well lit throughout the day, even during the limited daylight of winter time.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible via one flight of stairs. The apartment comes with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, spacious living room area, and cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, small closet, and dresser. I have lived in the apartment for 2.5 years and have most appliances/cookware. I'm a clean/organized renter and would ideally like someone who is similar. I am solely looking to cover the cost of my rent for this space and the dates and times are flexible (i.e., longer than February if desired).

I've stayed at this apartment for several years in part because of the location! It's *prime* Bed Stuy, close to the A/C and J trains, with great restaurants and cafes around every corner. The super in my building is also very responsive and kind (a huge plus!!).
