My partner and I are looking to sublet our 2 bedroom apartment while we are both away performing from March 28th-May 1stThe main bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom is currently an office but we have a full bed that we can bring into the room if necessary. It's a perfect, light filled and cozy spot to spend spring in NYC!

The space is great for a couple or single person who work from home. It can also accommodate two roommates if necessary. We are looking for someone who is respectful of their space and others, and who is generally quiet and chill in the home.

Apartment is off the Lorimer L stop. The space is beautiful and flooded with light and the area is unbeatable. Steps away from incredible North Williamsburg, Lorimer hubs all around, and East Williamsburg favorites as well.

It is a second floor walk up. No laundry or dishwasher. No pets. 1 bathroom. It's in a quiet, 3 family home. No smoking, marijuana or drug use of any kind is permitted in the home. Vape and Alcohol is fine. Please be conscious of noise for the neighbors.

Tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Multiple grocery stores, laundry, and wine store options.
