The room has it's own entrance. It is attached to a separate kitchen, hallway and restroom and at the other end of the apartment is another room. The large room has a piano, wifi, a very comfortable queen size bed, a fire escape, good heating, lots of space, books and direct sunlight. It is fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen has cooking emnities which you can use.

The neighborhood has lots of cool coffee shops, bars and restaurants. There are many grocery shopping options within walking distance, a large (and very good!) C-Town is situated two blocks nearby.

This apartment is my home. I take very good care of it and keep it spotlessly clean. I expect guests to respect my space and treat it with care. No pets, no parties, and no smoking please.

Ideally looking for someone to rent the space for the entire period (February 26th to March 9th).
