Hello! I'm subletting my spacious, light-filled one-bedroom with extremely high ceilings and (nearly) floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor of an apartment complex (with an elevator) in western Bedstuy, very close to Clinton Hill.
Apartment is all yours, equipped with blazing fast fiber optic internet, an Apple Studio Display if you wanna plug in your laptop and work remotely, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, central A/C and heating, a 65-inch TV, and more. Only request is that you water some of the plants while I’m gone.
Oh, and there’s a private balcony with a view of downtown Brooklyn and even Manhattan! Plus, the neighborhood is absolutely lovely.
In terms of public transit, it's a 5-minute walk from the G train and 7 minutes away from the C train. Also, the B52 bus stops RIGHT outside the building and is super convenient for getting to downtown Brooklyn.
Renting dates are flexible and I can adjust – or extend – based on your stay.

I’m a video producer and journalist living and working in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. I own this apartment, so I am technically the landlord. You're really gonna love the neighborhood!

Rental requirements
I require a signed sublease agreement.
50% of rent upon reservation and the other 50% upon check in.
I also require some form of picture ID for all guests, a social media profile to verify your identity, and a Facetime call (or in-person meeting) so we can get to know each other.
