Looking for someone to take over my sunlight room in Williamsburg May till June and then sign onto the lease starting May 31st. The room is large, gets lovely light and has plenty of storage.
The apartment itself is huge and has a full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and balcony, not to mention the world’s best roommates to share it with! You would be staying with 3 gorgeous girls in their 30s who are super kind and considerate housemates. The apartment is big enough that we often don’t see each other and there is wonderful privacy and space, especially for a share house! But when we are all home love to share a meal and hangout. It’s a lovely environment so looking for someone to compliment the atmosphere!

The landlords are lovely, super responsive and kind to us over the many years we’ve lived here.

We are right between the L, G and J/M/Z and only a 15 minute stroll to the water or McCarren Park. Truly a perfect spot with lots of amazing food and bar options literally on the block!

Super lovely little neighbourhood and lovely (not so) little room with even lovelier roommates! So hoping to find someone equally special to enjoy this space. I’m truly sad to leave and am only moving out to a place on my own.

The lease will be up for renewal in June and so we are looking for people who are happy to sign on, from May 31st.
