The building will need the application returned with the following Income and Identity Verifications:
1. Identification with one of the following: valid Driver's License, Passport or Government Issued ID.
2. Identification with one of the following: Utility Bill, Credit Card Bill, something with your name and address for review.
3. Income with one of the following: most recent Two Most Recent Pay Stubs, Offer Letter, 6 months Bank Statements, W-2, I-20s, Financial Aid.
4. Security deposit $3167 paid directly to current tenant. Current tenant's security deposit from July 2020 move in will be transferred to you (you will receive it when you move out).
