Studio space is set up for ceramic use, but has been used for writing, drawing, sewing/knitting projects, and is a multi-purpose space to work on creative projects.

There is one parking space in front of the property, as well as ample street parking. Located walking distance from a cute coffee shop/wine bar, Polish restaurant, art galleries, etc. A longer walk will take you to Bub and Grandma's, Dunsmoor, Glassell Park Rec Center etc. Adjacent to Highland Park, Cypress Park, Atwater Village and Eagle Rock.
