We’re opening up our beloved 1-bedroom loft for rent, and we’d love for someone who’ll appreciate it as much as we have. As musicians, we’ve spent countless hours working here without disturbance, thanks to being on the ground floor and having no one below us. It’s truly been our perfect work-live heaven.

The apartment itself is spacious, with 751 ft² of indoor space and another 751 ft² of outdoor garden that we’ve lovingly cultivated. The high ceilings, historic details, and large windows overlooking the garden have made it a peaceful, inspiring place to create.

The garden has been a big part of our lives here. We planted a magnolia, an Asian pear tree, Boston ivy climbing the wooden walls, and have a raised bed where we grow tomatoes, fruit, and vegetables each summer. It’s been a sanctuary for us—quiet, private, and full of life.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with an ice maker, and there’s tons of storage and counter space. The bathroom has a marble floor with heating for those cozy moments. There’s also plenty of closet space with four closets throughout the apartment, plus a washer and dryer in-unit.

The queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room accommodate up to four people comfortably.

The building offers some great perks too—bike storage, video security, solid-core doors, brushed metal hardware, and two communal rooftop lounges where you can relax and take in the views.

You’ll be living in one of Brooklyn’s most exciting up-and-coming neighborhoods, with easy access to the subway (2 and 5 at Church Ave, B and Q at Church Ave), and only a 15-minute walk from Prospect Park.

We’ve really loved this space and hope it can become a home for someone new who will appreciate it as much as we have.

1. Rental dates are negotiable ; periods can extend shorter or longer.
2. The apartment can be rented furnished & move-in ready (but in a clean slate, cleared of all books and personal belongings) OR unfurnished (if unfurnished, rent will be renegotiated accordingly).
