Our family will be out of town this holiday season, leaving our large and cozy crash pad for your perfect NYC adventure.

The space is a three bedroom, two full bath, configured as a primary bedroom, office, and baby room. It's fully furnished, meaning we are looking for someone who won't bring a lot of personal items, and who will be extremely quiet and respectful of the neighbors. Zero parties or gatherings. Ideally, we are looking for one tenant or a couple. Open to welcoming your kid(s), as the baby room is all set up and ready to go.

I am a musician and my partner is in independent film. Our baby is turning 1 soon. We are super neat and show a great deal of care to this apartment. Hobbies include reading, watching movies, listening to records, and just generally enjoying our favorite neighborhood in NYC. I will personally be showing the space.
