This 1200 sq ft, fully furnished apartment, has a large and comfortable open-plan living space flooded with natural light, and two bright double bedrooms and bathrooms (one ensuite). Contemporary decor and hardwood floors throughout. I am an art lover and a book lover, so you will find plenty of both in this comfortable and creative space, as well as a piano.
The apartment has its own private gated entrance at ground floor level, with a short staircase up to the living space. It is split across two levels and located on a very quiet and leafy residential street close to the park. Washer and dryer in unit, plus dishwasher.
Located in the Queen's Park neighbourhood of NW London (Zone 2). Offering easy access to the city centre, the closest underground station is Queen's Park on the Bakerloo line, which gets you to Oxford Circus in under 20 minutes. It is also well connected by bus services, and the nearest overground station - Kensal Rise - offers easy links to East London
The green space of Queen's Park is a 5 minute walk away, providing tennis courts, ping pong tables, a playground, petting zoo and cafe. The local area is filled with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and independent shops, as well as a weekly farmer's market.
On-street parking can be arranged for the duration of your stay for a small additional cost.
The space would best suit a couple/ two adults travelling together/ or a couple with a child. Priority given to booking enquiries for 4 weeks + but will consider weekly enquiries.
