The studio has great vibes and really great light.
a big work table, sofa and a flat file (that you can use!) are included. the sofa and the table can leave if you prefer.
the building is clean, has a locked mail room and two elevators reliable 24/7.
4 private bathrooms and a industrial sink are few steps away from the studio.
