I have a spacious art studio available for a short-term sublet with the ability to sign onto/renew lease on July 20th, 2025.

The space is private and quiet. It is large at about ~350 / 400 square feet in size. You are free to make this into a studio share if needed :)

This artist studio is in a building with other artist studio spaces which is located on the second floor. Please note: there is no freight elevator and there are stairs.

A slope sink is available for use. Wifi and private in-studio heating and cooling system is available for the studio.

This was being used as a painting studio but it is open to other mediums.

The studio is situated right next to the Nostrand A/C stop (it is right on Fulton and Nostrand) so it is easily accessible by train.

The rent is $950 per month plus utilities (which vary per month). The sublet start date is flexible (May 1st preferred but can do May 15th as well). The end date for this sublet is July 20th, 2025 with the option to renew lease and stay on for 6 months or a year.

Please note: a security deposit of $950 is required. A sublet agreement will be drafted and security deposit will be returned upon the completion of this sublet on July 20, 2025.
