Hello! My boyfriend of 5 years and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment near the Fort Greene area. My dream apartment would have an outdoor space, great lighting especially in the kitchen, 750 sq ft or more, good counter space in the kitchen, and W/D in unit. Our budget is around $4500. We currently also live between Fort Greene and Downtown Brooklyn but are hoping to move to a quieter street. We're hoping to get a long-term lease but are also open to just 1 year. Our move in date would be Oct 1!

A little about us; I work as a recipe developer and content creator at a food media company in Brooklyn called Food52, where I also co-host a YouTube cooking show. My boyfriend works as a recruiter in the city, so a subway nearby would be ideal! We love to host dinners and go out to eat in the neighborhood (HUGE foodies), but for the most part we live very calm and quiet lifestyles and are very clean. We also don't have any pets and don't need a parking space.
