I'm open to renting a room or studio, ideally for a longer duration, as I settle into New York, but to start something for a shorter term to get a feel for the environment.
Ideally, something off of the A, C, OR B, D subway lines.
I'm looking for a clean, calm setting with light, and space would be a plus. Anything else is a bonus.
Hello, I'm looking for a longer-term sublet in Brooklyn/Manhattan. I'm moving back to the city from LA, where I was getting my MFA at UCLA. I've worked for an artist based in for the past 7 years. I lived in the city for 8 years before going to grad school. I'll be participating in a residency at the Monira Foundation, where I'll work in my studio; otherwise, I'll be working during the day. I'm rarely at home. I'm 38, social, clean, and know how to maintain a respectful environment. I'm pretty relaxed and chill.
Cheers
