Who I am and who I am looking for in a roommate:

I’m a 28-year-old Asian-American male from Houston, Texas. I’ve been living in New York City for 3 years and currently working in the CPG industry, doing Supply Chain and Operations. I work from home 5 days/week. I’m on Zoom calls ~40% of the working hours, but noise doesn’t bleed through the walls (Our rooms will be separate by a living room!)

Who I am looking for in a roommate: I’m looking for a cool, down-to-earth guy to take over my roommate’s re-sign a year-long lease starting on 2/1/2025. While I do my part in keeping the shared space clean, I hope to take turns to do take out trash and keep the general space clean! I'm not a neat-stickler, but I'm not someone who wants the space to be dirty.

While I don’t expect us to be friends, I expect us to get along and work things out through communication and transparency!

Interests: Following sports (Houston Rockets & Texas Longhorns!), avid runner - recently ran my first marathon in NYC this past November, and looking to run the Austin marathon in February! I love to cook and am a huge foodie (still looking for the best Vietnamese spot in NYC - DM if you know?!). I’m a huge Marvel, Star Wars nerd.
