My beautiful roomie is returning home to Canada. I will miss her very much, but am posting for a new roommate to share my apartment, starting May 15th/ end of May possible too.

Rent is $2100 /month for your share.
Amazing location at 1st Ave and 59th St! Upper East/ Midtown East/ Sutton place area.

The neighborhood has everything you need - Trader Joe's and TJ Maxx literally across the street, plus we're super close to the East River waterfront for beautiful views and walks, additionally a 10 minute stroll to Central Park. Also centrally located near trains and many restaurants/bars.

The apartment is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a quaint small kitchen and living area - perfect for 2 people who appreciate a well-located Manhattan spot. Hard wood floors & quiet. Your room is big ! and comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk! If you'd prefer it unfurnished that's okay too.
Great big closets & storage & just a good amount of space. The landlords & super are fantastic. I've lived here 5 years & they go out of their way for tenants.

About you: We are open to all candidates-- but those who work entirely from home won't be a great fit for a small shared space like this. Some remote is totally fine. Looking for easy going &
No smoking. No pets. I like them but the building doesn't.
