Looking for a private room in a flat / house, furnished, and preferably with a desk as I will be working (US hours) with use of shared spaces (e.g. kitchen / lounge) I'm running the Berlin Marathon 2025 and want to take the opportunity to live in the city for a few weeks. Start & end dates are flexible, tho would need to be at least 3 days before the marathon.

Good Wifi is essential, private bathroom would be nice, however not a dealbreaker. I'd like to be within easy distance of amenities and transport - while I don't have a specific neighborhood in mind I do want to be in the city rather than out in the suburbs. A good coffee shop / cafe within walking distance would be ideal!

I'm a friendly, clean and considerate digital nomad used to sharing spaces with other folks - whether it be friends / family / strangers.

I'm a runner, digital nomad with my own consultancy, from the EU tho have been living in the US for a number of years. Runner, rock climber, love travel, exploring, and all the interesting people I meet along the way. Living somewhere - living in a home rather than a hotel where you're divorced from real life - has always felt like the best way to experience a place.
