Hi all, I am a reliable and quiet tenant looking for a large studio or 1 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. I currently live in Carroll Gardens and would love to stay here if I can find an affordable space. I'm also open and excited about other Brooklyn neighborhoods (Park Slope, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Prospect Park South, Ditmas).

I'm looking for a long term rental, unfurnished somewhere between $2000-$2400 (potentially more if there are amenities).

I don't have any major desires, just a clean and somewhat updated living space on an (ideally) quiet street.

Posting on here because I love the idea of renting from an owner rather than a management company.
