Hi!

My name is Lexy; I'm an artist and educator in my early 30s.

I'll be in NYC from Feb 8 - Feb 21st, and I'm looking for a peaceful, furnished sublet for that period. I'm currently based in New Orleans, though I lived in NYC for a decade prior to moving to Nola. I'm returning to NYC for work for two weeks (for an installation project with kids).

I've been a subletter a lot and I have never had an issue -- I'm very clean and quiet; I'm friendly with neighbours; I can water your plants, check your mail, etc if needed. I can provide references and/ or video chat. My work is offering to put me up in a hotel, but I'd prefer to stay in an apartment if possible, as I like home-y/ cozy vibes and will treat your home with lots of care :)

I'll be working a lot, and I'm really just looking for a restful space to come back to and recharge!

I'd ideally like to be less than a 40 minute commute to Midtown with no roommates. My budget is $1700 for that period, utilities included.
