I am a US/Australian citizen in town to produce the Australian International Screen Forum at Lincoln Center. I am seeking a sublet for Jan 1 to Jan 31, dates flexible. Areas include Manhattan, Brooklyn and perhaps Queens or NJ.

I have clean habits, respectable and above all busy with work during that time. I would only be occupying the space myself.

I am looking for either a studio or one-bedroom apartment and am flexible on the price. Cleanliness and respect for the property are of utmost importance to me, and you can trust that I will treat your home with the utmost care.

I am also open to looking after any pets/plants you may have during my stay.
