Looking for lease takeover or no-fee rental of 1BR or studio apartment -- preferably in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Carroll Gardens, Windsor Terrace, Cobble Hill, etc! Under $2200 would be ideal, but I know that may be wishful thinking.

Alternatively, also looking for a 3BR in any of the above neighborhoods, with a total rent of under 4500/month.

In lieu of (and in thanks for saving me from) a broker's fee, I would be more than happy to make a donation in your name to a charity of your choosing.
