Flexibility for earlier start date. Unit is fully furnished except for the TV and queen size mattress.

It is a 2 bedroom duplex with huge rooms and a private entry to your room. The apartment has a spacious living area, full kitchen and is located on the top floor with an elevator (take the elevator to the 6th floor and then one flight of stairs to enter your room). Roommate is male in his mid 20s.

Conviniently located near the 4,5,6, trains. The apartment is steps away from bars, restaurants and gyms.

Amenities: AC / Heating / Laundry is in building next door.
