Hi there! We will be out of the country for a while (at least 4 months). Looking for someone to sublet our lovely 1.5br gem in Williamsburg Starting as early as April 8th.
This is a perfect oasis for a couple or single who want to relax, get creative and enjoy nyc. Great place to work from home too as we have a very nice office set up.

A little bit about the apartment:

There are 2 bedrooms plus living room but we use one of the “bedrooms” as an office so there is only one bed.
This the office room is still large and makes a wonderful extra room to stretch out and hang in as well. There is a plus rug in there and works well as a yoga studio as well.
The large living room is home to the baby grand piano.
The kitchen is separated by a tiled counter/bar with stools for eating or working on laptop.
Queen sized bed. The bed is extremely comfortable and bedroom is away from any street noise.

- Cool neighbors. Well insulated walls and floors. You rarely hear anyone. Small building with only 4 apartments.
