The apartment is lightly furnished, with a queen and full bed, new couch and table, antique chairs, dressers and desk, new and never before used kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, and newly redone kitchen with the basics. All of the wood work, including the kitchen cupboards are custom and handmade.

Bordering a river, atop a hill overlooking the mountains, on 4 acres of land that is surrounded by state land and hiking trails. The surrounding area is breathtaking.

The towns of Margaretville and Andes (both adorable!) are accessible—4 miles in either direction, home to bookstores, antique stores, cafes, galleries and more.

My partner and I live upstairs part-time so we are looking for people we trust to live below. You will be our first tenant! We are open to rental arrangements that involve trades over money, if need be.

We are flexible with start and end dates for the rental period, mostly looking for the right people.
