Furnished large 2 bedroom loft in lower Manhattan. We are looking for the right responsible person(s) because we hope to return to it and could even bring down the cost if we are able to return for some time during the stay. There is potential to rent this longer or shorter. We would also be open to sharing the apt if you were wanting to spend part time in NYC.

This is a full service building with a huge rooftop garden, shared work space, full gym, pool, squash court, indoor basketball gym, bowling alley, movie theater and across the street from a new Whole Foods. Almost every subway is within a few blocks and close to parks while still being able to walk to Soho.
The apt is has in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and is furnished with a queen size bed in one room and two XL twin beds in the another bedroom. It's very spacious, 1170 sq ft.
Great for a single, a couple working from home or small family.

We own a design company and are currently living in California with our small children. We are in NYC often for work, but not enough to keep the our apt unrented. We LOVE this apt and this building and will likely move back one day. We have wonderful neighbors, great schools, and incredible parks.
