We live in a one bedroom one bathroom apartment in a luxury building in prime Prospect Heights. Our apartment is right next to Vanderbilt Avenue, which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to keep you busy for your entire stay! We are also a short 5-10 minute walk away from Prospect Park, and you have very easy access to the C, 2, 3, B, Q, 4, and 5 trains to take you anywhere in the city.

Our unit is on the third floor, with both elevators and stairs to comfortably take you up to the apartment. The apartment includes an in unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, Peloton bike, multiple work stations, and all the cooking supplies you will need to keep you covered for the entirety of your stay.

Our building also has a gym, sauna, bike room, and recreation room available for your use.

While we would prefer someone who is available for the entirety of the sublet, we are flexible in both dates and pricing.
