The building:
One assigned parking spot. A gym/rec room with free weights, cable machine, bike, treadmill, stairclimber, and then a huge sofa, tv, and pool table. The building also has a pool that’s mildly heated and a hot tub (that fits like ten and is heated year round) open until 11pm or midnight on weekends. The building also has a full time doorman.
