About This Lister
I am a third year law student at Columbia. I am subletting the place because I will be studying abroad next semester but am flexible on the dates that you can have the apartment as well as the price (within reason). The apartment stays very clean, and the place will come furnished with bed frame, mattress, and clothing rack (in addition to the space available in the apartment).

Pets Policy
My roommate (also a Columbia Law School student) has a support dog that is incredibly well trained so you can feel free to bring your own pet as well. Any breed of dog and cat is allowed.
