Lease Details
Available: April 15th (flexible start date) to September 30th
Rent: $4,000/month (utilities and internet included)
Security requirements: One month security deposit + first month's rent
Cleaning fee: $150 (deducted from the security deposit upon departure)
*No smoking, parties, or pets*
Application & Approval Process
Required documentation: Valid ID and proof of income (40x monthly rent)
Building approval: Subleasing requires management approval and a successful background check (15-minute online application which costs $20)
Timeline: ASAP
Move-In Details: Once approved, we'll sign a formal sublease agreement
Move-in inspection will be conducted together to document apartment condition
