• AC/Heating: Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Building has a central heating system for winter.
• WiFi: Included.
• Kitchen: Standard appliances (fridge, microwave, oven), plus extras like an air fryer, rice cooker, and blender.
• Laundry: In-unit mini washing machine and access to the building’s full laundry room with washers and dryers.
• Common Areas: Newly renovated lounge and gym in the building.
Rent:
• $120/day for one person, $150/day for two.
• Utilities and WiFi included.
• Minimum stay: 10 days (priority to longer stays).

Rental requirements
1. Minimum Stay:
• 10 days minimum rental period.
• Preference given to those renting for the full 26-day duration.
2. Payment Terms:
• Rent for the entire stay must be paid upfront.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal
3. Security Deposit:
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required upon booking to cover any potential damages.
• The deposit will be returned within 3 days after the end of the stay, assuming no damages are found.
4. Guest Limit:
• Maximum of 2 occupants.
• No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
5. No Smoking:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
6. No Pets:
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
7. Maintenance & Cleanliness:
• The apartment should be kept clean and in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
8. Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM
• Flexible times may be arranged upon request.
10. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the rental period will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
