We are a married couple (Maya and Tal) in our mid 30's and we Have a small business in LIC (photography and framing). We are seeking a long term lease with good landlords. We have excellent credit scores (766+-) and great references from previous landlords.

We are trying to get ahead of the curve and find a place for a long term lease starting this summer ideally. We are looking for:

1. A large true one bedroom/ flex 1.5 bedroom or two bedroom with laundry in unit or in the building or an option to hook up our own washer.
2. Cat friendly (well behaved and super quiet, indoor)

3. Ideally in Queens or LIC (where our business is), but open to other neighborhoods in the city with a good commute to LIC, and also open to neighborhoods outside of the city within walking distance from a metro north station and within a 45-50 min drive from LIC

4. Budget- max- up to 2400$ Ideally around 2200$

Most important thing to us- stability, we want a place to call home and stay for many years, we have always had an excellent relationship with our landlords. We are also looking for a reasonable contract without unexpected rent hikes at each lease renewal, but a reasonable rent change that is gradual and aligned with all parties.
