You would live in the space full-time (no visitors) in order to care for the cat.

Spare room.

No laundry.

Access to full space, except my bedroom.

Doors must remain open.

Cat care duties include: staying overnight, cleaning the litter box daily, providing food and water twice daily, providing affection, and playing with the cat when she initiates play.

While I ask that you live in the space, I don't expect you to be there all day. I try not to leave the cat alone longer than 12 hours max, though.
